Bilt Hamber Dynax-UB

Bilt Hamber DYNAX-UB is a tough, flexible underbody corrosion protection treatment designed to protect vehicle chassis, underbody components and other exposed metalwork from rust and the harsh conditions encountered underneath a vehicle.
Its advanced wax-based formulation forms a durable, elastic protective film that provides resistance against water, salt, road grime and abrasion. This makes it particularly suitable for areas exposed to stone chips and road debris, where a conventional soft cavity wax may not provide sufficient durability.
DYNAX-UB can be applied to both corroded and corrosion-free steel, helping to protect existing metalwork while providing preventative corrosion protection. Unlike traditional bitumen-based underseal, it forms a flexible wax-like coating that is less prone to becoming brittle and cracking.
The product is supplied as a 750ml aerosol with a 145mm application straw, allowing controlled application to underbody components and difficult-to-reach areas.

How to Use
Thoroughly clean the area before application and allow it to dry completely. Remove loose, flaky rust and any loose existing coatings before applying DYNAX-UB.
Shake the aerosol thoroughly before use and attach the supplied 145mm application straw where required.
Apply evenly to the prepared surface, building up a consistent protective coating. For optimum protection, apply sufficient product to achieve the recommended film thickness while avoiding excessive runs or pooling.
Allow the coating to dry fully before exposing the vehicle to heavy contamination or road conditions.
DYNAX-UB is particularly suited to vehicle chassis, floors, wheel arches, suspension areas and other exposed underbody components where a durable, abrasion-resistant corrosion protection coating is required.
