Bilt Hamber Dynax-S50

Bilt Hamber DYNAX-S50 is a high-performance cavity corrosion protection treatment designed to protect the internal surfaces of vehicle cavities, box sections and other enclosed areas from rust and corrosion.
Its soft, wax-like formulation is designed to penetrate deep into seams, joints, flanges and folded sections, helping to reach areas where moisture can become trapped and corrosion can develop. The coating remains flexible and self-healing, allowing it to maintain protection if the film is disturbed or damaged.
DYNAX-S50 also has strong water-displacing properties and contains corrosion inhibitors, helping to protect both previously corroded and corrosion-free steel. The resulting protective film is particularly suited to areas such as sills, doors, chassis sections, box sections, seams and other enclosed vehicle cavities.
The product is supplied as a 750ml aerosol with a 600mm injection lance, allowing the product to be applied deep inside cavities and difficult-to-reach areas.

How to Use
Before application, remove loose rust, dirt, grease and other contamination from the area wherever possible. For heavily corroded surfaces, remove loose and flaky corrosion before treatment.
Shake the aerosol thoroughly before use and attach the 600mm injection lance.
Insert the lance into an appropriate access hole or cavity opening and begin spraying while gradually withdrawing the lance. This allows the product to coat the internal surfaces rather than simply depositing material around the entrance.
Continue until the cavity has received thorough and even coverage. Avoid excessive application or allowing large quantities of product to pool.
DYNAX-S50 can be applied to both previously corroded and corrosion-free surfaces and is particularly useful during vehicle restoration or preventative corrosion treatment.
